Kurt leads a high producing team referred to as The Henry Mortgage team, which consists of an Administrator, Underwriter, Meeting Specialist, Client Efficiency Coordinator, and a Social Media and Marketing Specialist. Kurt and his team have won volume awards from multiple lenders and is considered one of the highest producing mortgage broker teams in the country. In 2017, despite all the mortgage rule changes, Kurt and his team were able to originate 286 mortgages with a volume of $93 Million. Kurt and his team are passionate about giving back to the community. For every mortgage they arrange, they set aside a dollar amount and donate it at the end of the year to several local charity organizations. Over the last six years, that dollar amount has added up to a total of $60,000. In addition, they host an annual charity golf tournament in support of Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre. Over the past two years, they have been able to raise a total of $30,000 to support cancer patients and their families.
